Diagnosis:

Lower arch: Mild crowding, reclined anterior teeth, moderate lower curve of Spee

Upper arch: Mild spacing, minimal smile display

Other: Mild mandibular hypertrophy, lower Bolton excess, growing patient

Adjuncts: Class III elastics, bite ramps, attachments
